Booking
Conditions
To
book you should contact us by either e-mail or telephone and we will be happy
to talk to you about your booking and any specific requirements you may have.
A
deposit of £150 per person will be required to secure a short stay / weekly
booking. The full payment must be received by TFR Holidays no less than ten
weeks before your departure date.
A
deposit of £500 per person will be required to secure a long stay / seasonal
booking. The full payment must be received by TFR Holidays no less than ten
weeks before your departure date.
Payment
should be made by either direct bank transfer or cheque made payable to TFR
Holidays.
TFR
Holidays reserve the right to change package details when full brochure price
has not been paid.
Travel
is not included; however, transfers can be arranged prices upon request.
Also not included are the following: ski hire, ski passes, ski lessons, and
an evening meal on staff day off.
The
person who receives the booking form will be liable for that booking, even
if other names appear on the form. A holiday contract will be fully enabled
when deposits have been received by us and an invoice has been sent.
If
we do not receive your payment within the specified timescale we reserve the
right to cancel your booking without further reference to clients.
Client
Indemnity
The person making the
booking may indemnify us against all actions, losses, damages and costs that
may arise from any person as a consequence of any act or default by such a
person making the booking or any person included on the booking form.
Cancellations
Any
cancellations must be made in writing to our contact address.
If any cancellations to accommodation are made the following surcharges will
apply:
- Up to 6 weeks before departure - 60%
- Up to 4 weeks prior to departure - 75%
- Less than 4 weeks prior to departure 100%
We
may only cancel a holiday after the final payment has been made if situations
arise beyond our control, for example, war, political unrest, acts of God,
closure of airports or ports and the suchlike.
Limitation
of Liability
The
parties heron accept that the above conditions are reasonable and that in
the event that any of the conditions are found to be unlawful or enforceable
having due regard to the generality of the foregoing and that in any event
the maximum liability owed by us to a client in respect of any act or omission
by us or any of our servants or agents shall be limited to 50% of the price
paid by such client to us and without prejudice to the foregoing we accept
no responsibility for any consequential losses suffered by any of our clients
howsoever caused.
