ESF - The National French ski school and crèche based in La Courchevel . Check out lesson packages, times and rates. Book your tuition online.

Magic in Motion - English owned ski school which aims to provide more English speaking instructors and lower group numbers. Based in La Tania. More expensive than the ESF but have some really good packages on offer.

Lift Passes

2010-2011 Winter Prices - Smaller increases than in previous years

Free passes go to over 75's and under 5's. Children remain classed as under 13 (but children classified as under 18 on family passes, possibly under 21 on-line if the special offer is repeated next year). Adults are 13 and over up to 65 with a Seniors discount from 65 to 75.

Peak Season Adult Prices 18 Dec 2010 to 15 Apr 2011:
1 Day Peak Season Courchevel €39.50 (from 39).
6 Day Courchevel €194 (from €190)
6 Day Three Valleys €235 (from €232).
Three Hour passes are available for Courchevel Valley at €32.50.
Three Valleys season pass stays under the thousand euro mark at €995 (from €990).

The mini-pass now includes the La Tania gondola.

The Family Pass

2 Adults plus 4 kids can have 6 days in The Three Valleys for €1106 (or Courchevel Valley for €893). Passes are a minimum of 6 days with special rates up to 14 days and options for 2,3 or 4 kids. Note that "kids" are classed as under 18 for these rates instead of under 13 as for individual passes. That means two adults and four 17 year olds could ski the Three Valleys for 14 days for €2504 instead of €3198 - a saving of €694! (note that separate passes are issued, you don't have to ski together!).
