Airport Transfers

We can pick you up from Geneva, Grenoble, Lyon or Chambery. Groups with over 8 people can be included with other shared transfers. Timings can be subject to change on any given transfer day. Flights must land between 8.30 am and 4.30pm Saturday or Sunday for the inclusive transfer price or a supplement will be incurred at the rate of a private transfer.

Deposits & Final Balances

In order to confirm your booking with the Freeride Republic Ltd a deposit of £150 per person or a group deposit of a minimum of £500 must be paid at the time of booking. Once the deposit is paid then a holiday booking contract between both parties – the customer and the Freeride Republic is fully enabled.

Full payment of any booking must be paid within ten weeks of departure date. If the Freeride Republic Ltd does not receive your payment within the specified timescale's we reserve the right to cancel your booking without further reference to clients.

Secured Payments of Deposits

For bookings made 9 weeks before any travel date the payment of holiday deposit can be paid through our secured online payment system. This protects and insures your protects your money through your own credit card company. Any deposits paid through our secured online system payment will have the applicable credit charge applied to the deposit total. Please see a list of charges below.

All final balances on bookings are to be made by BACS transfer or UK cheque to our UK business account unless agreed otherwise in the booking process.  Final balance payments can only be paid on a credit card if permission is granted by the director of The Freeride Republic Ltd in the booking process with the applicable credit card charges and fees applied to a final balance total.

Payment for bookings made less than 9 weeks before departure.

For any booking made with us made 9 weeks prior to the departure date the Freeride Republic Ltd can only accept BACS transfer or UK cheque to our UK business account. For bookings made less than 9 weeks prior to the departure date credit card payment cannot be taken unless in the booking process the Director grants permission otherwise.

Booking Terms & Conditions

To book you should contact us by either e-mail or telephone and we will be happy to talk to you about your booking and any specific requirements you may have.

The Freeride Republic reserves the right to change & modify normal package inclusions details when the full brochure price on any booking has not been paid.

The person who receives the booking form will be liable for that booking, even if other names appear on the form. A holiday contract will be fully enabled when we have received deposits and an invoice has been sent to the customer.

If we do not receive your payment within the specified timescale we reserve the right to cancel your booking without further reference to clients.

Flight Cancellations & Bad Weather

As a provider of solely chalet accommodation & food please note that The Freeride Republic Ltd has no liability towards any customer who had experienced flight cancellations and holiday curtailment due to severe weather conditions at airports or due to airlines cancelling flights for whatever reason.  

Please be aware if holidays are cancelled due to airlines or airports cancelling flights you must contact your own insurer for holiday curtailment reimbursement.

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made in writing to our contact address before any refund can be acted upon.

Client Indemnity

The person making the booking may indemnify us against all actions, losses, damages and costs that may arise from any person as a consequence of any act or default by such a person making the booking or any person included on the booking form.
